Otero County Treasurer Grace Gonzalez has implemented this service so that you may enjoy the convenience and flexibility of  making your Property Tax Payments by Electronic Check, on-line or by phone. Your Tax Payment will be receipted in our office within two days after it is made. For purposes of determining timeliness, the payment date will be honored.
